Rapid exit taxiways

Aircraft currently vacate runways very slowly and stop immediatly at the end of rapid exit taxiways which can cause traffic jams. Please could aircraft exit runways at higher speeds an taxi further before stopping. Rapid exit taxiways often have design speeds exceeding 30kts and at many busier airports there are standard after vacate instructions which are documented or provided by tower before handing the aircraft to ground. For example the EGKK airport briefing states:
“Traffic vacating at TWY ER to turn RIGHT onto RWY 08L and hold short of TWY T, without stopping on the RWY exit TWY. Traffic vacating FR and GR is to cross RWY 08L/26R onto TWY J, without stopping on the RWY exit TWY”
